Nancy Joie's World Renowned Belgian Waffles—

Anyone that has ever been an overnight guest at my home—or at our place at the beach— will tell you that I made certain that their day starts with a yummy breakfast of Belgian Waffles!  As I look back over the years, there were plenty of failed attempts to create the perfect waffles.  Thankfully, two things occured that made my efforts succeed!  A great recipe and the right waffle iron!  While I neglected to mention the name of the waffle iron in my recipe, I swear by a "VillaWare Professional II Belgian Waffler" (Model No. 3300).
