Nancy Joie's Spaghetti Sauce—

Now I must confess that the original recipe for my favorite spaghetti sauce was concocted by a very special person in my life.  Over the years, though—for whatever reason—whether it be convenience or the arrival of new products on the grocery store shelves—I have replaced some ingredients with others—added a few items and substracted a few items—until the recipe has become my own.  My apologies to my dear friend!
